Studio Attendance Terms and Conditions:

•  Waiver: I hereby release and hold harmless Engage Art Studio; its directors and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, suits or liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of, or in connection with, any loss, personal injury, death, or other damage that I (or my child) may incur of suffer by reason or as a result of my enrollment or participation in classes, events, or private lessons with Engage Art Studios responsible for my involvement. I expressly assume all risk. I understand that Engage Art Studio may record my or my child's participation at any time on video or photograph. I grant Engage Art Studio unlimited use of any such recordings with no obligation to me. Such recordings are the sole property of Engage Art Studio. * 

Gallery/Shop Refund Policy:

• Due to shop items being handmade and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. 

Class Refund Policy:

• Any students who miss a class that has already been paid for have the opportunity to redeem in-studio credit. In-studio credits can be used on classes, artsy afternoon/open studio, and workshops.
