Parties/Groups

 What is Included? Our parties are a full experience. There's no need to bring anything other than your guests and birthday child! This package includes:

- A quick craft during arrival

- Cake

- One water, juice, and lemonade

- All cutlery, paper products, candles, etc.

Birthday Parties for Ages 4-5: For birthday parties for ages 4-5, parties are 1 hour 20 minutes long instead of the regular time frame. There is a maximum of 15 participants (including the birthday child). 

Deposits and Additional Fees: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your chosen party date as well as order your cake. 8-10 participants are covered in the base price listed under each option. For additional participants, an additional fee will be added per participant. Your remaining balance will be due at the end of your party and can be paid by card, cash, or Venmo. Additional gratuities for excellent service are also appreciated. 

Ceramics Projects: Choosing a ceramic project option requires the party parent to pick-up ceramics pieces at a later date. Hand-built ceramic projects are not safe for liquid use. Ceramic projects are only held for 3 months after creation.

Prohibited Items: Due to our small space, noisemakers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Alcohol is also strictly prohibited at all children's events. All types of confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited.

Please note that time for eating is not factored into the event timeframe. If you would like to reserve 30 extra minutes to eat with guests, an additional $50 fee will be added to your party total (you must provide your own paper products and other supplies). The rest of your party price will be due at the end of your party. For groups of 20-25 participants, a $30 "large group fee" will automatically be added. Additional gratuities for excellent service are also appreciated.

 What is Included? Food and beverages are not included in the event pricing, however, party hosts are welcome to bring food and beverages. Participants can snack during the event. Set-up time is not included for adult events but can be added at an additional cost. There is a minimum charge for 5 projects.

For special occasions you want to decorate for, the room can be rented for an additional hour prior and 30 minutes after for an extra $50. Your remaining balance will be due at the end of your event and can be paid by card, cash, or Venmo. Additional gratuities for excellent service are also appreciated.

What should I expect at my birthday party During the first 15 minutes of the party, a craft of the party child's choosing will be provided for each party go-er engaging in the project. Markers and paper will also be available for use. Then, a designated party instructor will walk you through your project which is normally completed within an hour. Once all party go-ers are done their project and washed up, it is time for pizza (if requested) and then cake! After eating, any favors provided by the parents/guardians can be handed out. Lastly, the parent/guardians will pay the remaining balance for the party.

Can we bring banners, balloons, etc: Due to the nature of the room, there is no wall space for hanging banners. Balloons and table decorations (that are not loose like glitter/confetti) are great option! Please consult your party/event instructor prior to placing decorations in order to ensure they will not be in the way. 

Is the deposit refundable? All deposits for parties are non-refundable. If a cancelation is necessary due to severe weather circumstances, you may reschedule your party.

Are presented opened at the studio? No, we would hate to get your presents covered in paint or clay! Presents will be bagged and ready to easily grab at the end of the party. 

What do you provide? For birthday parties we offer juice, water, cake (if requested), forks, napkins, cups, plates, candles, lighter, cake knife, table cloths, one free time craft per attendee participating in the project, smocks, and all other art supplies.

What should party participants wear? We understand the temptation to dress up for a party however please note that some of the supplies we use are not washable. There is always a risk of getting messy at an art studio.  Close-toed shoes are also highly recommended. 

My child has food allergies. The bakery we use has cakes that are peanut free however, are still processed in the same facility as peanuts, gluten, dyes, and other allergens. If you would not like to purchase a cake through us due to allergy concerns, $30 will be taken off your party total. 

Is space available for parents who want to stay? With our small space, it can get quite loud in the studio. We offer a small amount of space to the side for approximately 5-10 parents to sit however we ask that during instruction, all party-goers, including parents quiet their volume.

I am unsure of my party's headcount. When do you need to know? For canvas projects, please let us know your final headcount at least one week prior to the event. For other projects with specialty supplies, please notify us at least three weeks in advance with your headcount.
